目的建立丹参醇沉过程丹参素、丹酚酸B和丹酚酸D回收率的预测模型。方法采集15批丹参醇沉正常生产的操作参数,测定浓缩液和醇沉液中的5种有效成分,计算丹参素、丹酚酸B和丹酚酸D的回收率。采用将醇沉操作参数和浓缩液有效成分的量相结合的方法建立Stepwise-MLR回收率预测模型,分析模型中各变量的重要性。结果丹参素、丹酚酸B和丹酚酸D的回收率预测模型相关系数均大于0.95。结论建立的丹参醇沉过程中有效成分回收率预测模型具有较好的预测能力,有助于进一步了解醇沉过程,提高丹参醇沉过程质量控制水平。
Objective To establish a prediction model of Danshensu, salvianolic acid B and salvianolic acid D recovery in Salvia miltiorrhiza alcohol precipitation. Methods The operation parameters of 15 batches of normal production of Salvia miltiorrhiza alcohol were collected, and the five active ingredients in the concentrated solution and the alcohol sediment were determined. The recoveries of Danshensu, Salvianolic acid B and Salvianolic acid D were calculated. Stepwise-MLR recovery prediction model was established by combining the parameters of alcohol precipitation and the active ingredients of the concentrate, and the importance of each variable in the model was analyzed. Results The correlation coefficients of the prediction models for the recovery rates of danshensu, salvianolic acid B and salvianolic acid D were all greater than 0.95. Conclusion The established prediction model of active ingredient recovery in Salvia miltiorrhiza alcohol precipitation has good predictive ability, which helps to further understand the alcohol precipitation process and improve the quality control of Salvia miltiorrhiza alcohol precipitation process.
