半导体发光二极管(LED)可应用于黄疸的治疗,其中LED蓝绿光照射患儿是全球公认最安全高效、经济便捷的方法。本研究在一种LED蓝绿光作为光源的黄疸光疗系统中利用复眼透镜阵列实现大面积均匀照明。基于AMC7150芯片构建恒流驱动模块,AT89C52单片机和LCD12864液晶显示屏构建人机交互模块。根据国家光疗设备安全专用要求YY0669-2008,设计并实现了光斑面积S=250mm×500mm、蓝光辐照度E蓝光≥2mW/cm2、绿光辐照度E绿光≥1.5mW/cm2、光均匀度≥90%的黄疸光疗系统。和传统光疗系统相比,这种新系统治疗效果更好,生物安全性更高,更易实现人机交互,更经济便捷。
Semiconductor light-emitting diode (LED) can be applied to the treatment of jaundice, in which LED blue-green light irradiation in children is the world’s most safe and efficient, economical and convenient method. In this study, a blue-green LED light source for the jaundice phototherapy system using the fly-eye lens array to achieve large-area uniform illumination. Based on the AMC7150 chip to build constant current driver module, AT89C52 microcontroller and LCD12864 LCD screen to build human-computer interaction module. According to the national YY0669-2008 safety requirements for phototherapy equipment, the spot area S = 250mm × 500mm, the blue light irradiance E blue light ≥2mW / cm2, the green light irradiance E green ≥1.5mW / cm2, the light uniformity Degree of ≥ 90% jaundice phototherapy system. Compared with the traditional light therapy system, this new system is more effective, more biologically safe, more human-computer interaction and more economical and convenient.
