Both members of Boy’z, Hong Kong’s most popular boy group, are from poor families. Stever’s dad works on the job site and Dutch mothers sell chickens in the market. Kenny’s mom works in the most popular tea restaurant in Hong Kong. In the process of becoming a star, the family did not give any practical help, but the free-standing growth environment and affection support made them confident they could do better. It is this self-confidence, so that they quickly host a year and a half.
