作为一名在福利机构一线工作的教育工作者,我们的工作会经常和孤残儿童们在一起,面对这些被遗弃并且有残疾的孩子,我们会发现,只是像对待普通孩子那样教给他们知识是远远不能满足他们的需求的。由于被遗弃、身染残疾等多种原因,福利机构的孩子大多具有一定的情绪问题或心理问题,主要表现在恐惧、焦虑、抑郁等,或有攻击等行为反应,而这些问题单单靠日常的养育或教学是无法解决的。因此,我们必须找到适合的方法来真正解决这些问题。
As an educator on the front line of welfare agencies, we often work with orphans and disabled children. In the face of these abandoned and handicapped children, we find that they are taught just like ordinary children Knowledge is far from meeting their needs.
