张家口电力检修公司公司下属5个处、11个车间(分公司),现有员工771人。其主要任务是担负该厂8台国产300MW机组的检修维护、技术更新改造和机组的大小修项目。由于张家口发电厂是在计划经济条件下八十年代中期确定建设的项目,当时的国产300MW机组还处在一个起步阶段,主持工程设计的单位是第一次承担设计任务,工程选用的机组厂家是第一次设计制造,承担主体工程施工的单位是第一次安装300MW机组,负责工程建设管理工作的也是第一次管理30万kW机组,而且23项重要生产部位的辅机未经工业试验也第一次应用于工程实践……。这如此众多的“第一次”,无疑给这支检修维护队伍增添了确保设备健康稳定运行的难度,但是也为磨练和打造一支过硬的检修维护队伍搭建了一个成长、施展才华的舞台。为解决机组低水平投产后,设备存在的质量问题,等效可用系数低谷徘徊,机组达不到铭牌出力,长期低负荷运行的问题.这支队伍义无返顾地踏上了坚苦卓绝的设备治理历程,全方位的治理设备,不断提高设备的健康稳定运行水平。先后完成了一期磨煤机的改造、电除尘改进改造、缸体跑偏、结合面漏气、PLC、F3H、DCH、DEH改造、网控NCS改造、汽车煤厂扩建、氢站搬迁等重大设备改造项目、8台机组全部实现了AGC的投入。通过设备的改造和治理,通过几十次的检修,机组逐步达到了稳定运行。特别是随着该厂管理水平的提高和在建设安装过程中的不断完善,具有一个民族品牌的清一色国产300MW8台机组的发电厂耸立在华北大地上——肩负起了北京四分之一的保电任务,大唐国际股份有限责任公司三分之一利润指标的实现。1998年12月,张家口电力检修公司真正的按照商业化、法制化、规范化的管理要求成为电力检修市场中的一个新生儿,在规范检修过程管理的基础上,在不断完善维护和消缺的管理过程中,通过引入监理制、ISO9000]标准质量体系等系列新的检修管理思想和质量控制手段,确保机组检修后高质最稳定运行,高标准履行点检定修制,并在寻求和探索发展之路的过程中,不断强化自我、完善自我、发展自我、实现自我。 Zhangjiakou Power Maintenance Company under the 5 offices, 11 workshops (branch offices), the existing staff of 771 people.
