科学合理地排序和聚类分析省区林业产业竞争力水平,对客观地认识本区域林业产业发展水平具有重要意义。基于综合两种模型的测度方法,在运用熵值法确定指标权重基础上,根据OWA模型和OWGA模型分别求出测度目标的功能性状态和协调性状态,并引入偏好系数对两种测度状态进行综合,获得一个综合测度模型。以我国各省区林业产业竞争力为测度对象进行实证研究,得到各省区林业产业竞争力水平的排序和聚类结果。为本区域保护林业自然资源和优化林业产业结构提供参考。
Scientific and reasonable sorting and clustering analysis of the competitiveness of forestry industry in provincial level, to objectively understand the level of development of forestry industry in the region is of great significance. Based on the measurement methods of the two models, based on the entropy method to determine the weight of the indicators, the functional states and coordination states of the measurement targets are respectively obtained according to the OWA model and the OWGA model, and the preference coefficients are introduced to measure the two measurement states Synthesis, access to a comprehensive measure of the model. Taking the competitiveness of forestry industry in all provinces and autonomous regions as the measurement object, this paper makes an empirical study and obtains the ranking and clustering results of the forestry industry competitiveness of all provinces and autonomous regions. It provides reference for the protection of forestry natural resources in the region and the optimization of forestry industry structure.
