目的了解泰州市高校公共卫生服务现状,为实现高校公共卫生服务均等化和服务的可及性决策依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,在泰州市7所高校抽取1 347名学生进行问卷调查,同时访谈高校公共卫生负责人与市卫生监督所相关领导。结果大学生对安全知识的培训、疫苗接种状况、健康档案、卫生防疫措施的知晓率分别为54.7%,36.3%,55.2%,50.6%。高职院校卫生知识橱窗的更新频率(68.4%)高于本科院校(63.9%);本科院校教育与宣传活动开展的次数(72.4%)高于高职院校(65.6%),差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。健康预防知识方面,学生对结核病知识总体知晓率为70.41%,本科生(72.84%)高于高职生(67.18%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=25.323,P<0.05);学生艾滋病预防知识总体知晓率为84.65%,本科生(85.27%)高于高职生(82.77%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.28,P<0.05)。学校卫生日常监督总体满意度为54.5%,本科生满意度(56.3%)高于高职生(52.2%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.18,P<0.05)。学生对学校医疗机构服务总体满意度为26.99%,学校所属医疗机构的总体信任度(36.36%)高于社会托管(27.07%)(χ2=12.17,P<0.05),学校所属医疗机构服务质量总体满意度(34.85%)高于社会托管(23.93%)(χ2=15.54,P<0.05)。结论目前的高校公共卫生服务现状不能适应泰州市高校的发展,应从注重实效、创新高校公共卫生宣传教育模式、强化监督机制、创新服务模式等方面进行改进。
Objective To understand the status quo of public health services in colleges and universities in Taizhou, in order to achieve the equalization of public health services and the accessibility of services in colleges and universities. Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 1 347 students in 7 colleges and universities in Taizhou City and interviews with heads of public health institutions and municipal health supervisors in colleges and universities. Results The awareness of safety training, vaccination status, health records and health and epidemic prevention measures among college students were 54.7%, 36.3%, 55.2% and 50.6% respectively. The renewal frequency (68.4%) of health knowledge window in higher vocational colleges was higher than that of undergraduate colleges (63.9%). The number of education and publicity activities in undergraduate colleges was higher (72.4%) than that of higher vocational colleges (65.6%), All were statistically significant (P <0.05). In terms of health prevention knowledge, the overall awareness rate of TB knowledge among the students was 70.41%, while that of undergraduate students (72.84%) was higher than that of the higher vocational students (67.18%) (χ2 = 25.323, P <0.05) The overall knowledge rate of knowledge was 84.65%, while that of undergraduates (85.27%) was higher than that of higher vocational students (82.77%). The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 6.28, P <0.05). The overall satisfaction degree of daily supervision of school health was 54.5%. The satisfaction of undergraduates (56.3%) was higher than that of higher vocational students (52.2%). The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 8.18, P <0.05). The students’ overall satisfaction with the service of school medical institutions was 26.99%. The overall trust degree of the medical institutions affiliated with the school (36.36%) was higher than that of social care (27.07%) (χ2 = 12.17, P <0.05) Satisfaction (34.85%) was higher than that of social care (23.93%) (χ2 = 15.54, P <0.05). Conclusions The status quo of public health services in colleges and universities can not meet the needs of the development of colleges and universities in Taizhou at present. Improvement should be made from focusing on practical results, innovating public health education and training modes, strengthening supervision mechanisms and innovating service modes.
