强化资金控制与运转的高效率,提高其整体使用效益,是现代企业集团集约化经营的重要工作之一。企业集团资金管理以集团总部为核心,通过一定管理模式对成员单位资金进行管理和控制,使资金在成员单位之间合理配置,从而提高集团整体利益和抗风险能力。我国越来越多的企业集团或总部,为提升集团全球竞争能力,正在实施和改善资金集中管理工作。本文探讨企业集团资金集中管理的动因、目标、组织模式及实施过程中的问题等,阐述企业集团资金集中管理发展的不同阶段及发展趋势,并进一步对商业银行与企业集团之间金融服务合作提出相关建议。
Strengthening the high efficiency of capital control and operation and improving its overall use efficiency is one of the important tasks of the intensive management of modern enterprise groups. The enterprise group fund management takes the group headquarters as the core, and manages and controls the funds of the member units through a certain management model so that the funds can be reasonably configured among the member units, thereby improving the group’s overall interests and ability to resist risks. More and more enterprise groups or headquarters in China are implementing and improving centralized fund management in order to enhance the Group’s global competitiveness. This paper discusses the motivations, goals, organizational models, and problems in the implementation process of centralized fund management for enterprise groups. It describes the different stages and development trends of the centralized management of funds in enterprise groups, and further proposes financial services cooperation between commercial banks and enterprise groups.
