目的建立β-内酰胺类抗生素中2-乙基己酸的测定方法。方法采用毛细管气相色谱法。固定相为聚乙二醇的毛细管色谱柱,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)温度250℃,进样口温度200℃,柱温为程序升温,内标物为3-环己丙酸。结果2-乙基己酸质量浓度在0.301~3.01 g.L-1内线性关系良好(r=0.9997)。准确度、精密度及耐用性良好,定量限为16.9 ng,9种抗生素回收率均达到94%以上。结论方法简单,结果准确,可用于β-内酰胺类抗生素中2-乙基己酸检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 2-ethylhexanoic acid in β-lactam antibiotics. Methods using capillary gas chromatography. A capillary column with polyethylene glycol was used as the stationary phase. The temperature of the FID was 250 ℃ and the temperature of the inlet was 200 ℃. The temperature of the column was programmed and the internal standard was 3-cyclohexylpropionic acid. Results The linearity of 2-ethylhexanoic acid was 0.301 ~ 3.01 g · L-1 (r = 0.9997). Accuracy, precision and durability were good, with a limit of quantitation of 16.9 ng, and nine antibiotic recoveries of more than 94%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the determination of 2-ethylhexanoate in β-lactam antibiotics.
