留楚探区位于冀中饶阳凹陷中南部,是华北油田1994年的勘探重点。该区构造带断面发育,地质条件比较复杂,在钻探过程中发现钻井液密度全井自然上升很明显,尤其是完井电测时新方法遇阻较多,几口探井均因地层倾角多次遇阻而没有测成,其原因是井壁稳定问题。 据此,我们紧紧围绕着以稳定井壁为中心,从改善泥饼质量、提高钻井液抑制性、控制滤失量入手。在维护处理上,采用“细水长流”的维护方法,避免大幅度调整泥浆;在性能控制上,一是FV比正常井高8~10s,
Liu Chu exploration area is located in central and southern Raoyang depression in Hebei Jizhong, Huabei oilfield in 1994 exploration focus. The tectonic zone in this area has a developed cross-section and complicated geological conditions. During the drilling process, it was found that the density of the drilling fluid naturally rose obviously. In particular, the new method of completion electrical measurement encountered more difficulties. Encountered but not measured, the reason is the wall stability issues. Accordingly, we focus on stabilizing the wellbore as the center, starting from improving mud cake quality, improving drilling fluid inhibition and controlling fluid loss.
