针对顶岗实习工作在岗位确定、过程管理及质量监控与评价等方面存在的诸多困难,以提高顶岗实习质量为目标,以“系统规划、多方管理、平台支撑”为理念,经过5年的探索与实践,建立了四三三制的顶岗实习模式;构建了以过程管理和实习质量为关键指标的顶岗实习质量监控反馈体系;建设了多层次、多方位、校企合作的顶岗实习管理队伍,制定了系列制度、实习标准等规范;自主开发与应用了以全方位网络化动态为特色的在线实习综合管理系统,同时获得了软件著作权1项,有力支撑了校内外多方参与的、开放的实习过程管理、监控与评价。
