针对混凝土出现的泌水、离析现象,本文探究了新型丙烯酸类保水增粘剂(BBZ)对商品混凝土的流动性、含气量、凝结时间、抗压强度等性能的影响,并与传统增粘剂聚乙烯醇和羟甲基纤维素醚进行混凝土试验比较。结果表明:传统增粘剂仅能改善混凝土的拌合状态,混凝土仍会出现泌水、扒底、早期强度低等问题,不能满足现实要求。新型丙烯酸类保水增粘剂(BBZ)不仅能够显著改善混凝土的拌合状态,而且能明显提高混凝土强度、流变性、保水性等各项性能。
In view of the emergence of bleeding and segregation of concrete, this paper explores the impact of the new acrylic water-holding tackifier (BBZ) on the fluidity, gas content, setting time, compressive strength and other properties of commercial concrete, and with traditional tackifier Polyvinyl alcohol and hydroxymethyl cellulose ether concrete test comparison. The results show that the traditional viscosifier can only improve the mixing state of concrete, the concrete still has the problems of bleeding, chopping bottom and low early strength, which can not meet the realistic requirements. The new acrylic water-based tackifier (BBZ) can not only significantly improve the mixing state of concrete, but also significantly improve the concrete strength, rheology, water retention and other properties.
