利用小麦 中间偃麦草二体代换系与小麦 簇毛麦二体代换系杂交 ,在其杂种自交F1中染色体易位频率高达 3 7% ,其中既有臂间易位也有双插入易位 ,并出现 2个不同种属染色体易位系 .结果表明 :利用小麦的同一种属或不同种属异源二体代换系之间相互杂交 ,有可能是一条能产生高频易位的新途径
