随着城市土地的升值,高层和超高层建筑、大型公共建筑的增多,和向地下空间发展的要求,地下室和地下防空工程越来越多,地下防水工程越来越引起人们的重视,而地下防水成功与否,不仅是建筑物(或构筑物)使用功能的基本要求外,而且在一定程度上还影响建筑物的结构安全和使用寿命,同时还可以节约投资,降低工程成本减少维修。
With the appreciation of urban land, the increase of high-rise and ultra-high-rise buildings, large-scale public buildings, and the development of underground space, more and more basement and underground air defense projects have become more and more important, and underground waterproofing projects have attracted more and more attention.
