铸造有色合金的铸造性能普遍存在收缩率大,极易氧化成氧化物现象,形成二次夹渣,特别是铸造铜合金更为严重。为了防止二次夹渣,实现顺序凝固,提高工艺成品率,采用“漏斗式”浇注方法,该方法适合于上下铸型截面积较大且易被氧化的有色金属的批量生产。此方法尤其适用于小型简单棒材件、回转体件,金属成份易氧化且收缩率大的合金。
Casting non-ferrous alloy casting generally prevalence of shrinkage, easily oxidized into oxide phenomenon, the formation of secondary slag, especially in the casting of copper alloys is more serious. In order to prevent the second slag, to achieve the order of solidification and improve the process yield, the use of “funnel ” pouring method, the method is suitable for the upper and lower mold cross-sectional area of a large and easily oxidized non-ferrous metal mass production. This method is particularly suitable for small and simple bar parts, rotating body parts, easy to oxidize metal components and shrinkage of the alloy.
