研究的对象是只有一台不可靠 (failure_prone)机器的非完全柔性制造系统 ,该系统能生产多种产品 ,但在同一时刻只能生产一种产品 ,并且当机器由生产一种产品向生产另一种产品切换时 ,需要考虑setup时间及其成本 .待决策变量是setup序列及产品生产率 .本文基于非完全柔性制造系统的特点 ,引入递阶层控的思想 ,采用新的递阶结构框架和阈值控制策略 ,对问题进行分解 ,建立了考虑setup时间及成本的递阶流率控制最优化调度模型 ,并给出了递阶的滚动优化算法 .仿真结果表明 ,这种调度策略更易于工程实现 .
The object of study was an incompletely flexible manufacturing system with only one failure_prone machine capable of producing multiple products but only one product at a time and when the machine was producing one product to another When a product is switched, it needs to consider the setup time and its cost.The decision variables to be decided are the setup sequence and the product productivity.This paper introduces the idea of hierarchical control based on the characteristics of non-fully flexible manufacturing system, adopts a new hierarchical structure framework and threshold Control strategy, the problem is decomposed, and a hierarchical flow control optimization scheduling model considering setup time and cost is established and a hierarchical rolling optimization algorithm is given. Simulation results show that this scheduling strategy is easier to implement.
