目的了解青岛奥林匹克帆船中心(以下简称“奥帆中心”)鼠、蚊、蝇、蜚蠊4类医学媒介生物的种群构成、生境分布和季节消长等特征。方法 2012—2013年,分别采用诱捕器诱捕法捕获鼠、蚊、蝇、蜚蠊类医学媒介生物,并进行计数和分类鉴定。结果此次调查共捕获鼠类3只,经分类鉴定隶属于1科2属2种;捕获蚊类170只,经分类鉴定隶属于1科3属4种,优势种群为淡色库蚊、中华按蚊和东乡伊蚊,7-9月为高峰期;蝇类4 614只,经分类鉴定隶属于4科12属16种,优势种为丝光绿蝇、大头金蝇、厩腐蝇,月平均成蝇密度为38.45只/(笼·日),5-9月为高峰期;捕获蜚蠊19只,经分类鉴定隶属1科1属1种。垃圾场和餐饮区为上述医学媒介生物的重要滋生区域。结论本次调查比较全面地掌握了青岛奥帆中心医学媒介生物情况,为积极开展该口岸医学媒介生物的防治工作提供了科学依据。
Objective To understand the population composition, habitat distribution and seasonal fluctuation of four types of medical vectors such as mice, mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches in Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center (hereinafter referred to as “Olympic Sailing Center”). Methods From 2012 to 2013, traps, mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches were collected by trap trapping method and counted and classified. Results A total of 3 rodents were captured in this survey. Two species belonging to 1 genera and 2 genera were identified and classified. A total of 170 mosquitoes were captured. Four species belonging to 1 genera, 3 genera and 4 dominant species were identified. Culex pipiens pallens Mosquitoes and Aedes albopictus were the highest in July-September. There were 4 614 flies, belonging to 16 genera and 12 genera in 4 families. The dominant species were Lucilia sericata, Monochamus alternatus, The flies density was 38.45 / (cage · day), the peak was from May to September; 19 cockroaches were captured, and 1 species belonging to 1 genera and 1 genus were identified by classification. Landfills and dining areas are important breeding grounds for the aforementioned medical vectors. Conclusion The survey comprehensively grasped the medical vectors of the Olympic Sailing Center in Qingdao and provided a scientific basis for the active prevention and control of medical vector organisms at this port.
