本研究在传统切花保鲜液中加入不同浓度的CaCl2溶液,对月季切花进行了瓶插试验。通过外部形态观察和生理指标测定,结果表明:用CaCl2溶液瓶插月季切花可以增强花枝的吸水能力,增加花枝的鲜重,增加切花的开放程度,延长瓶插寿命,其中以3%蔗糖+200 mg.L-18-羟基喹啉+200 mg.L-1柠檬酸+0.5%CaCl2溶液保鲜效果最好。
In this study, different concentrations of CaCl2 solution were added to the traditional cut flower preservation solution, and the bottle cut-in test was carried out on the cut rose flower. Through the observation of external morphology and physiological indexes, the results showed that cut rose with CaCl2 solution can enhance the water absorption ability of squid, increase the fresh weight of squid, increase the open degree of cut flower and prolong the life of bottle. Among them, 3% sucrose +200 mg.L-18-hydroxyquinoline +200 mg.L-1 citric acid + 0.5% CaCl2 solution preservation best.
