“双师型”师资既是一个个体概念,也是一个群体概念,“双师型”师资队伍是相对于教学目标而言的,“双师型”素养涵盖了复杂系统的内涵。当今“双师型”师资队伍的现状不能满足高职发展需求,而动态互补型双师组合是一个可行的模式。这个模式强调“双师型”师资不局限于个体,而是一个动态的组合,理论教师和实践教师通过互动交流平台加以整合,并建立一套管理机制加以保障。动态互补型双师组合具有培养成本低、可行性强、更能体现双师素养的内涵、开放可塑、便于工学结合等优势。

Nowadays, the status quo of “double teacher” teachers can not meet the demand of higher vocational education. Theoretical teachers and practical teachers are integrated through an interactive communication platform and a management mechanism is established to protect them. Dynamic complementary type double-division combination of training with low cost, feasibility, better reflect the double qualities of content, open and plastic, easy to combine the advantages of work.
