用 XRF和 SEM/EDAX对 (YCa) F3助烧 Al N陶瓷烧结过程中的液相迁移规律进行了研究 ,以 Y、Ca为液相的“示踪元素”,得到烧结不同阶段液相分布的信息。结果表明 ,液相在坯体致密化和 Al N晶粒生长过程的驱动下向坯体表面迁移。
XRF and SEM / EDAX were used to study the liquid phase migration of (YCa) F3 sintering AlN ceramics during sintering. Y, Ca were used as the “tracer elements” of the liquid phase to obtain the liquid phase distribution information. The results show that the liquid phase migrates to the surface of the green body under the densification of the green body and the growth of AlN grains.
