运用X射线衍射、扫描电镜及粒度分析等方法表征了机械合金化制备Mg/MmNi5 - x(CoAlMn)x复合储氢合金的结构,通过PCT曲线研究了其储氢性能。结果表明,在适当的球磨条件下能够获得纳米晶结构的Mg/MmNi5- x(CoAlMn) x 复合储氢合金,与MmNi5- x(CoAlMn)x 合金相比,复合储氢合金的活化性能及储氢量有明显提高。此外,还考察了Mg 含量对复合储氢合金的组织结构及储氢性能的影响。
The structure of Mg / MmNi5 - x (CoAlMn) x composite hydrogen storage alloy prepared by mechanical alloying was characterized by X - ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and particle size analysis. The hydrogen storage properties were studied by PCT curve. The results show that the nanocomposite Mg / MmNi5-x (CoAlMn) x hydrogen storage alloy can be obtained under appropriate ball milling conditions. Compared with MmNi5-x (CoAlMn) x alloy, Hydrogen has been significantly improved. In addition, the effect of Mg content on the microstructure and hydrogen storage properties of the composite hydrogen storage alloy was also investigated.
