利用无压浸渗法制备了两种不同粒度的高体积分数碳化硅铝基复合材料。采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜对复合材料的相组成、微观组织、断口形貌进行了分析。结果表明,采用无压浸渗制备的高体积分数SiCp/Al复合材料组织均匀,致密度好,无气孔和夹杂等缺陷,界面反应产物为Mg2Si、SiO2和Si,复合材料抗压强度达500 MPa,断口呈现脆性断裂特征。
Two kinds of high volume fraction silicon carbide aluminum matrix composites with different particle sizes were prepared by pressureless infiltration method. The phase composition, microstructure and fracture morphology of the composites were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the high volume fraction SiCp / Al composites prepared by pressureless impregnation have the advantages of uniform microstructure, high density, no pores and inclusions, and the interface reaction products are Mg2Si, SiO2 and Si. The compressive strength of the composites reaches 500 MPa , The fracture showed brittle fracture characteristics.
