本文以运动生物力学为主要研究手段,利用影像技术对有手和束手两种情况下跆拳道后腿横踢技术进行了生物力学分析。研究认为:上肢对跆拳道整个横踢技术动作的运用有着很大程度的影响。有手和束手两种情况相比,束手横踢由于没有上肢的协调配合,技术的动作时间延长了;击打阶段横踢的速度、力量等也都相应有所减慢。文章最后指出,我国跆拳道运动员今后应注意上肢及躯干爆发力的训练,从而带动下肢的运动.使下肢获得更大的动作速度和更好的击打效果。
In this paper, sports biomechanics as the main research means, the use of imaging technology in both hands and hands after two kick kickboxing kicks Taekwondo biomechanical analysis. Research suggests that: the upper limb on Taekwondo cross-kick the entire technical action has a significant impact. Compared with the two situations of hand and hand, hand-cranked kicking did not have the coordination of the upper limbs, and the action time of the technique was prolonged. The speed and strength of horizontal kicking during the striking phase also slowed correspondingly. Finally, the article points out that in the future, Chinese Taekwondo athletes should pay attention to the training of the upper limbs and torso explosive force so as to drive the movement of the lower limbs and make the lower limbs obtain greater movement speed and better striking effect.
