大同第二发电厂 6台 DG670 /1 40型锅炉存在锅炉排烟温度高于设计值、省煤器管磨损较严重、集箱根部焊口裂纹处泄漏等问题。现已将2台锅炉的省煤器改造为鳍片管式。经测试 ,改后排烟损失比改前降低了 1 .2 % ,达到设计值 ;排烟温度降低了 2 5℃ ,每台机组每年节省标准煤60 4 8t
There are some problems in 6 DG670 / 1 40 boilers in Datong No.2 power plant such as the boiler exhaust gas temperature is higher than the designed value, the economizer tube wear is more serious and the root of the header leaks at the crack tip. Now 2 boiler economizer into fin tube. After testing, the exhaust loss after the change was reduced by 1.2% from the previous value to the design value; the exhaust gas temperature was reduced by 25%; and each unit saved 60 4 8t of standard coal annually
