〔目的〕为了对保健食品中的去氢表雄酮即 3β-羟基 - 5 -雄甾烯 - 17-酮〔5 3- 43- 0〕 (简称 DHEA)进行质量控制。〔方法〕采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,ODS C1 8色谱柱 ,以甲醇 -水为流动相 ,定量测定保健食品中的 DHEA,〔结果〕本法的精密度 (n=6 )分别为 18.85 mg± 0 .6 9mg;43.5 0 mg± 0 .89m g;72 .48mg± 0 .86 mg。相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为 3.6 6 % ,2 .0 6 % ,1.19% ,添加高、中、低浓度 DHEA的样品平均回收率分别为 110 .4%、99.2 8%、114.6 %。〔结论〕为保健食品中的 DHEA成分的质量控制提供了检测方法。
[Objective] To control the quality of 3-hydroxy-5-androstene-17-one [5 3- 43- 0] (DHEA) of dehydroepiandrosterone in health foods. [Method] The DHEA in health food was quantitatively determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography on an ODS C1 8 column using methanol-water as the mobile phase. [Results] The precision (n = 6) of the method was 18.85 mg ± 0. 69 mg; 43.5 0 mg ± 0 .89 m g; 72.48 mg ± 0 .86 mg. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 3.6 6%, 2.06% and 1.19% respectively. The average recoveries of samples with high, medium and low concentrations of DHEA were 110.4%, 99.28% and 114.6%, respectively. [Conclusion] The method provided for the quality control of DHEA components in health food.
