在企业经营过程中人力资源的涉及以及人力资源制度和管理是不可避免的。在当今激烈竞争的社会,人力资源也越来越重要,当事,也就现在人力资源的制度仍旧不够完善,仍存在问题。当下,就如何通过建立科学的人力资源制度来降低人力资源的成本也是企业最为关注的内容之一。本文就从实际出发,结合分析人力资源管理中存在的问题,以及提出了相应的措施,以此希望可以给相关的工作人员提供一些帮助。
In the process of business management of human resources involved and human resources system and management is inevitable. In today’s fiercely competitive society, human resources are also becoming more and more important. So, the current system of human resources is still not yet perfect and there are still problems. At present, how to reduce the cost of human resources by establishing a scientific system of human resources is one of the most concern of the enterprise.
