基于河南省四所高校翻译硕士(MTI)专业研究生的就业调研情况,本文就调研数据所反映就业过程中的突出问题,依托需求理论阐释MTI研究生就业中各主体的需求,建立以研究生、高校和用人单位三位一体式的MTI人才培养和就业体系。
Based on the employment survey of MTI majors in four universities in Henan Province, this paper analyzes the outstanding problems in the employment process based on the survey data and explains the needs of various subjects in MTI graduate employment based on the demand theory.
