1.产品开发后期 ①α测试:主要看是否已达到目标,有否导致死机,系统混乱情况; ②β测试:不断地修改,纠正错误,以便尽可能减少错误; ③将β版提供给技术开发合作伙伴:在推出新产品或升级产品时,首先将该产品提供给在此基础上做二次开发工作的合作伙伴,以检验新产品是否支持二次开发,同时,也提供给一些重要用户,以检验新产品的兼容性及新功能特性。 ④请用户,技术人员寻找错误:每找一个错误,可获一定奖励。 2.拟定市场推广计划 ①产品价格核算 产品零售价格=开发成本/预计推广数量+技术支持费+经销售商利润(一般为出厂价130~150%)+广告费
