氯乙烯大量用于合成聚氯乙烯树脂,供制造各种聚氯乙烯塑料产品使用。由于在长期接触氯乙烯的工人中已经发现有指端溶骨症、雷诺氏症、肝血管肉瘤等,可以统称之为“氯乙烯病”的职业危害,对氯乙烯单体毒理学的研究就日益受到重视。自1974年Creech等首次报道接触氯乙烯工人的肝血管肉瘤之后,为了深入阐明氯乙烯对机体危害的机制,在国际上对氯乙烯单体毒理学研究的工作得到了迅速开展。本文试图就近年来国外对氯乙烯毒理学研究的进展作综合介绍,以供研究和预防氯乙烯单体的毒性与危害作参考。
