目的建立同时测定塑料包装材料中有毒有害物质的气相色谱-质谱法,其中包括增塑剂、抗氧化剂、爽滑剂等有毒有害物。方法塑料样品用甲醇-乙酸乙酯(2:1)超声提取,经0.45μm滤膜过滤后,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)在选择离子监测模式(SIM)进行检测。结果该方法具有良好的线性相关性(相关系数r>0.9990),在三个添加水平下,样品平均回收率在87.9%~103.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)在2.8%~9.5%之间。结论该法简便、灵敏、准确,适用于食品塑料包装材料中多种有毒有害物质同时快速、灵敏检测。
Objective To establish a simultaneous determination of toxic and hazardous substances in plastic packaging materials by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry, including plasticizers, antioxidants, slippery agents and other toxic and harmful substances. Methods The plastic samples were extracted with methanol-ethyl acetate (2: 1) ultrasonically and filtered through a 0.45 μm membrane filter. The samples were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) in selective ion monitoring mode (SIM). Results The method showed a good linearity (r> 0.9990). The average recoveries of the samples were between 87.9% and 103.0% with RSD (n = 5) at 2.8% ~ 9.5%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate and suitable for rapid and sensitive detection of many toxic and hazardous substances in food plastic packaging materials at the same time.
