1病例报告患者男,35岁。3个月前因咽部不适在当地医院检查发现左侧扁桃体Ⅱ度大,考虑扁桃体炎,经抗感染治疗后,症状无缓解,遂来我院进一步诊治。无畏寒、发热、咽干、咽痛等症状。自诉患病以来精神、食欲可,两便正常,体重无显著下降,无烟酒等不良嗜好。查体:面部左右对称无畸形,双侧颞下颌关节无疼痛、弹响及杂音,关节活动度正常,张口度及张口型正常,口内左侧腭舌弓、腭咽弓之间扁桃体窝可见明显扁桃体Ⅱ度大,且膨
