探讨内镜超声、微血管计数在大肠癌术前分期的应用及意义,30例大肠癌病人术前作该项检查结果表明,内镜超声诊断癌侵犯肠壁的深度的准确率为76.7%,诊断癌周淋巴结转移的准确率为73.3%,总的术前 Duke’s 分期准确率为70%。微血管计数结果显示癌侵犯肠壁达外膜层的比未达外膜层癌的微血管计数高,而且有转移的大肠癌比无转移的大肠癌的微血管计数高。两者都能较正确地反映肿瘤分期,两者结合起来对术前判断肿瘤的分期、评价其预后有重要意义。
To explore the application and significance of endoscopic ultrasonography and microvessel count in the preoperative staging of colorectal cancer. 30 patients with colorectal cancer underwent preoperative examination. The results showed that the accuracy of endoscopic ultrasonographic diagnosis of cancer invasion of the intestinal wall depth was 76.7%. The accuracy rate of lymph node metastasis was 73.3%, and the total preoperative Duke’s stage accuracy rate was 70%. The microvessel count showed that the invasion of the intestine to the adventitia of the cancer was higher than that of the adenocarcinoma, and that the metastatic colorectal cancer was higher than the colorectal cancer without metastasis. Both of them can accurately reflect the tumor stage, and the combination of the two has important significance for preoperative judgment of tumor stage and evaluation of its prognosis.
