国际电工委员会(IEC)第九牵引电气设备技术委员会(TC9)和国际牵引电气设备混合委员会(CMT)会议于1985年5月21～24日在加拿大蒙特利尔市召开。出席TC9会议的有加、中、法、西德、印尼、意、日、荷、新西兰、南非、瑞典、瑞士、英、美等十四个国家三十五名代表和三名观察员;出席CMT会议的有十五名代表,其中IEC代表五名,制造部门代表五名,国际铁路联盟成员周代表五名;中央办公室M.V.OTROKHOV先生出席了会议。TC9主席意大利
The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) ninth traction electrical equipment technical committee (TC9) and the international traction electrical equipment mixed commission (CMT) meeting were held on May 21-24, 1985 in Montreal, Canada. Thirty-five representatives and 14 observers from 14 countries in Canada, China, France, West Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Holland, New Zealand, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Britain, and the United States attended the TC9 meeting; attended the CMT.
