改革开放以来,我国民营企业得到了很大的发展,但随着全球经济一体化进程的加快和我国加入世界贸易组织,民营企业在其发展中也遇到了一些问题。从目前情况来看,民营企业的人力资源管理不完善是严重制约企业发展的一个重大问题。因此,如何加强和完善民营企业人力资源管理是当前我国民营企业在发展过程中急待解决的问题。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s private enterprises have made great development, but with the acceleration of global economic integration and China’s accession to the World Trade Organization, private enterprises also encountered some problems in their development. Judging from the current situation, the imperfect management of human resources in private enterprises is a major issue that seriously restricts the development of enterprises. Therefore, how to strengthen and improve the human resources management of private-owned enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved in the development of private-owned enterprises in our country at present.
