本文应用Nd:YAG激光作玻璃体手术17眼,其中切割无晶体眼嵌塞于角巩缘创口的玻璃体条索6眼;切割伴有视网膜脱离的玻璃体条索5眼;切割炎症性玻璃体膜3眼;切割眼内异物术后牵引性玻璃体条索2眼:切割出血性机化膜1眼。随访时间为7天至6个月。激光术后除1眼视力不变,1眼视力较术前差外,其余的15眼术后视力均有不同程度的提高。术后的并发症包括1眼少量的玻璃体出血,7眼的前葡萄膜炎反应和切割无晶体眼玻璃体条索时5眼的眼压升高。未见其他严重的合并症。作者认为,Nd:YAG激光的应用。使玻璃体腔内的显微手术有了新的、有效的方法。
In this paper, 17 eyes of vitreous surgery were treated with Nd: YAG laser, 6 of them were implanted with vitreous cords implanted in the limbal margins, 5 were cut vitreous cords with retinal detachment, 3 were cut with inflammatory vitreous membrane ; 2 eyes after cutting intraocular foreign body traction vitreous cords: 1 hemorrhagic organic membrane was cut. Follow-up time was 7 days to 6 months. After laser surgery, the visual acuity of 1 eye remained the same, the visual acuity of 1 eye was worse than preoperative, and the remaining 15 eyes had different postoperative visual acuity. Postoperative complications included a small amount of vitreous hemorrhage in one eye, an anterior uveitis reaction in 7 eyes, and an elevated intraocular pressure in 5 eyes when aphakic vitreous cords were cut. No other serious complications. The author believes that Nd: YAG laser applications. The vitreous cavity microsurgery has a new and effective method.
