为探索建立适于固体取样微分析质控的天然基体标准物质,本工作在已研制的一种旨在用于微分析质控的基体物质基础上,充分利用核分析方法的优势,在各个不同取样量下,进行多元素取样行为研究。研制以水系沉积物为基体,粒径测试结果表明:最大粒径小于13μm,最可几粒径约3μm,粒径较小且分布较窄,具有在更小取样量下、更多的元素具有满意的均匀度的潜质。
