本文以3 个番茄抗源材料为母本,其中含Tm - 2nv 和茸毛基因,3 个农艺性状比较好的材料为父本,按不完全双列杂交方法配制9 个组合。对前期产量,总产量,可溶性固形物,平均单果重四个性状进行了配合力分析。结果表明:3 个母本系统在以上四个性状综合比较中,以P3 为最好,一般配合力最高;父本系统中以P95 为最好,一般配合力最高;在后代的综合表现中以P3 ×P95 为最好,P5 ×P96 的特殊配合力比较高,但综合性状表现却不好,说明在亲本选配的过程,要综合考虑一般配合力和特殊配合力。
In this paper, three tomato resistant materials were used as female parent, including Tm - 2nv and velvet hairy genes. Three parents with better agronomic characters were used as parents, and nine combinations were prepared by incomplete diallel cross hybridization. The combining ability analysis was carried out on four traits of early yield, total yield, soluble solids and average fruit weight. The results showed that among the above four traits, P3 was the best and the highest combining ability was the highest among the above three traits. P95 was the best in the male parent system and the highest combining ability was the most in the offspring P3 × P95 was the best, P5 × P96 was higher than that of P5 × P96, but the comprehensive trait was not good, which indicated that the process of parent selection should consider the general combining ability and the special combining ability.
