为了更好地对PFQ型破碎机进行设计研究,利用计算机辅助设计与分析的优越性,在PFQ150型破碎机结构设计的基础上,对破碎机转子进行自由模态和预应力分析,得到前6阶固有频率和振型,为改善其结构设计提供一定依据。通过计算得到破碎物料时的最大破碎力及作用时间,并将最大破碎力直接施加在板锤上,应用Workbench瞬态动力学分析转子结构的变形和应力分布情况,得知转子的设计符合工况要求,并找到应力集中严重的部位,分析原因并提出解决办法,为破碎机设计与分析提供参考。
In order to better design the PFQ crusher and make use of the superiority of computer aided design and analysis, based on the structural design of the PFQ150 crusher, the free modal and prestressing analysis of the crusher rotor was carried out, Order natural frequency and vibration mode, to provide some basis to improve the structural design. By calculating the maximum crushing force and acting time of the crushed material, and applying the maximum crushing force directly to the plate hammer, the deformation and stress distribution of the rotor structure are analyzed by using the transient dynamics of Workbench.
