对2种不同树脂浸渍玄武岩纤维布的90个试件,分别在3.5倍浓度和5倍浓度的人工海水干湿交变环境下进行老化试验。结果表明:第1种玄武岩纤维布在3.5倍浓度海水中老化330d,拉伸强度和伸长率分别下降8.36%和28.74%,弹性模量提高了1.68%;在5倍浓度海水中老化330d,拉伸强度和伸长率分别下降12.77%和26.30%,弹性模量提高了3.24%;第2种玄武岩纤维布在3.5倍浓度海水中老化330d,拉伸强度和伸长率分别下降9.50%和18.44%,弹性模量提高0.43%,在5倍浓度海水中老化330d,拉伸强度、伸长率和弹性模量分别下降8.53%,20.88%,0.43%。结果表明:玄武岩纤维布具有较好的抗海水腐蚀性能。最后,与碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)、芳纶增强复合材料(AFRP),玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GFRP)等其他纤维片材进行了老化性能的对比,发现BFRP具有较好的抗老化性能。
Ninety specimens of basalt fiber cloth impregnated with two different kinds of resins were subjected to aging test under the conditions of 3.5 times concentration and 5 times of artificial seawater in alternating wet and dry conditions respectively. The results showed that the tensile strength and elongation of the first basalt fiber cloth were reduced by 8.36% and 28.74%, respectively, and the elastic modulus increased by 1.68% after 330 days aging in 3.5 times concentration of seawater; The tensile strength and elongation decreased by 12.77% and 26.30%, respectively, and the elastic modulus increased by 3.24%. The second basalt fiber cloth aged in 330 times of 3.5 times of seawater showed a decrease of 9.50% and 18.44% The elastic modulus increased by 0.43%, and the tensile strength, elongation and elastic modulus decreased by 8.53%, 20.88% and 0.43%, respectively, after 330 days aging in 5 times concentration seawater. The results show that: basalt fiber cloth has good resistance to seawater corrosion. Finally, compared with other fiber sheets such as CFRP, AFRP and GFRP, BFRP has better aging resistance.
