本实验在FK81细胞上研究了CPVMcAbs对CPV的中和作用。酶标SPA染色证实,在感染细胞的胞浆和胞核中均可见阳性反应物质,表明CPVMcAbs可穿过细胞膜,中和细胞内的CPV。HA效价测定结果表明,加入CPVMcAbs的试验组,其HA效价全部<1:10,而未加CPVMcAbs的对照组,其HA效价随培养时间延长成倍增长。进一步证实了进入细胞内的CPVMcAbs可以完全中和细胞内的CPV,初步解释了CPVMcAbs对自然发病的治疗机理
This experiment investigated the neutralization of CPV by CPVMcAbs in FK81 cells. The enzyme-labeled SPA staining confirmed that positive reactive substances were found in the cytoplasm and nucleus of the infected cells, indicating that CPVMcAbs can cross the cell membrane to neutralize intracellular CPV. The results of HA titer test showed that the HA titer of the test group with addition of CPVMcAbs was all <1:10, while that of the control group without CPVMcAbs doubled with the prolongation of culture time. It was further confirmed that CPVMcAbs entering the cells could completely neutralize intracellular CPV and initially explained the therapeutic mechanism of CPVMcAbs on the natural pathogenesis
