目的探讨过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌法对麻醉机内置通气回路的消毒效果。方法选择2012年1月至12月60例全麻手术患者的麻醉机内置通气回路,采用过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌法进行消毒。结果麻醉机内置通气回路通过等离子低温灭菌后,吸气端、呼气端、呼吸回路模块细菌检出率与灭菌前相比明显下降。结论利用低温等离子灭菌法对麻醉机通气回路灭菌效果好,速度快,临床依从性高,可能有利于降低全麻患者术后与麻醉机相关的呼吸道感染。
Objective To investigate the sterilizing effect of hydrogen peroxide plasma cryogenic sterilization on anesthesia machine built-in ventilation circuit. Methods Anesthesia machines of 60 patients undergoing general anesthesia were selected from January 2012 to December 2012. Ventilation circuits were selected and disinfected by hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization. Results After the anesthesia machine built-in ventilation circuit was sterilized by plasma, the detection rate of aspiration end, exhalation end and respiratory circuit module decreased significantly compared with that before sterilization. Conclusion Low-temperature plasma sterilization has a good sterilization effect on anesthesia ventilator circuit, high speed and clinical compliance, which may be helpful to reduce anesthesia-related respiratory infections in general anesthesia patients.
