1 工程概况老虎洞水库大坝是1958年修建,均质土壤坝。由于土坝碾压质量差,一直低水位运行,坝顶及防浪墙多处出现裂缝,防浪墙严重倾斜,且下游坡多次出现散浸现象。为使水库正常运行,发挥其应有的效益,对坝体的加固处理势在必行。针对上述隐患,关键是消除坝体中的裂缝、蚁穴及软弱夹层,增加坝体的密实度,消除坝体的湿陷性。劈裂灌浆就是沿坝轴线布孔,利用坝体小主应力基本沿坝轴线分布这一规律,用灌浆压力沿坝轴线劈裂坝体,灌入泥浆构造浆体防渗帷幕,同
1 Project Overview Tiger Cave reservoir dam is built in 1958, homogeneous soil dam. Due to the poor quality of earth dam rolling, the water level has been running at low water level. There are many cracks at the crest and the anti-wave wall, the anti-wave wall is heavily inclined, and the submergence phenomenon occurs frequently on the downstream slope. In order to make the reservoir run normally and exert its due benefits, it is imperative to strengthen the dam body. In view of the above hidden dangers, the key is to eliminate the cracks in the dam, the nest and weak intercalations, increase the density of the dam body, eliminating the dam collapsibility. The split grouting is to make holes along the axis of the dam. By using the principle that the small principal stress of the dam distributes along the axis of the dam basically, the grouting pressure is used to split the dam along the axis of the dam,
