This paper discusses the relationship between the fluctuations of the Earth’s interior and the tectonics and earthquakes. Four types of generalized construction waves have been introduced. They are: Long-period tectonic waves that appear as a result of a tectonic movement of different ages of the earth; long-period tectonic waves that are migrated by seismicity, the so-called seismic waves (different types and speeds of periods from a few years to a few Ten-year tectonic waves; tectonic waves of moderate duration (from a few months to a few years) reflected by the three-phase development of the earthquake precursors; and the change of groundwater level, ground tilt, gravity, seismic waves, electromagnetic radiation, Record short cycles (from minutes to days) to construct waves. There are three types of seismic waves, which can be explained by generalized Rayleigh-type tectonic wave, generalized Love-type tectonic wave and generalized guided wave tectonic wave respectively. Finally, the application of the intra-Earth wave phenomena in seismic research is discussed, including their application in seismic hazard analysis and seismic zoning, earthquake prediction and earthquake genesis.
