随着现代科学技术的飞速发展,新药的产生也越来越多,临床用药的品种也在急剧增加。因而也带来了临床治疗上用药的品种和数量增加,这就必然导致了药物之间相互作用的发生率大幅提高,许多会造成严重的不良反应,甚或危机生命,不得不引起我们的高度重视。首先我们必须明确药物的成分是复杂的。就单品种药物来说也许其成分是清晰明确的,但多种药物的同时应用而发生的各种成分之间的相互作用是极其复杂的。有些即是现代最先进的科技手段也难以检测和分析,所以我们必须谨慎多品种药物的同时使用。
