目的总结无偿献血者人文关怀献血过程的经验。方法 2017年3月1日-2017年3月31日街头固定献血点实施人文关怀血液采集281人次,调查满意度,及再次献血意愿。与同期未干预采集的168名献血者进行比较。结果干预组182名既往献血者中,64.5%的被调查者认为,工作人员较之前专业,更值得信赖。78.2%被调查者认为工作人员对献血者的沟通能力较之前有所提高。281名献血者献血反应发生率仅为0.71%,所有献血者均愿意再次参加无偿献血。优于对照组。结论在无偿献血中开展人文关怀护理,有利于提高献血服务质量,提升献血满意度,更有效的保留献血者。
Objective To summarize the experience of blood donation in humane care for blood donors. Methods March 1, 2017 - March 31, 2017 Street fixed blood donation site Humanitarian blood collection 281 trips, survey satisfaction, and willingness to re-donate blood. Compared with 168 blood donors collected during the same period without intervention. Results Among the 182 former blood donors in the intervention group, 64.5% of the respondents thought that the staff members were more trustworthy than the previous professionals. 78.2% of respondents think that the staff’s communication ability with blood donors has been improved. The blood donation reaction rate of 281 blood donors was only 0.71%, and all blood donors were willing to participate in blood donation again. Better than the control group. Conclusion Caring for humane care in unpaid blood donation is conducive to improving the quality of blood donation service, enhancing blood donation satisfaction and keeping blood donors more effectively.
