目的研究分析传统保健体育及护理干预对大学生颈椎病防治的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年3月—2014年2月收治的90例患者,经临床诊断,均确诊为大学生颈椎病患者,现对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,并采用随机分组方式,将其分为研究组与实验组,每组分别为45例,分别对2组患者采取不同护理干预措施,其中对研究组患者未采取传统保健体育及护理干预,对实验组患者则采取传统保健体育以及护理干预。随访1年后,对比两组患者治疗前、后症状的变化情况以及颈椎评分。结果随访1年结果显示,实验组患者与干预前相比,颈椎评分明显下降,干预前、后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组与实验组相比,颈椎评分明显升高,2组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取传统保健体育及护理干预措施,对防治大学生颈椎病临床效果显著,可有效提高大学生生活质量,具备临床推广应用价值。
Objective To analyze and analyze the clinical effect of traditional health care and nursing intervention on prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis in college students. Methods Ninety patients admitted from March 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital were diagnosed as cervical spondylosis undergoing clinical diagnosis. Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into groups For the study group and experimental group, each group was 45 cases, respectively, two groups of patients taking different nursing interventions, including the study group did not take traditional health care and physical intervention, the experimental group of patients take the traditional health care and physical care Intervention. One year after follow-up, the changes of symptoms and cervical score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The results of one year follow-up showed that the score of cervical vertebrae in experimental group was significantly lower than that in pre-intervention group, and the difference was statistically significant before and after intervention (P <0.05). Compared with experimental group, cervical score significantly increased High, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Taking traditional health care and nursing interventions has significant clinical effect on prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis among college students, which can effectively improve the quality of life of college students and has clinical value of popularization and application.
