患者男,17岁,农民。因自行将一塑料金属导线抽空后插入膀胱半年,近2月膀胱刺激症状逐渐加重入院。X片中见膀胱区有影象模糊之团块状阴影。耻骨上膀胱探查取出空心导线长108cm。讨论:膀胱内异物以往文献多有报告,常因癔病,手淫,甚或自行导尿引起。本例膀胱内异物总长达108cm,尚属少见。此类异物因硬度较大,加之塑料管经尿液浸泡后逐渐老化而易脆,为避免损坏膀胱镜及损伤尿道,不宜行膀胱镜取出。耻骨上膀胱探查既可完整取出
