后现代知识状态的转向,传统人文精神的旁落,成人教育的实用性倾向,这一切都使成人教育中的精神向度不可避免地遭受冲击,以至被悬置或抛弃。成人教育理论从“终身教育”向“终身学习”的观念变革,并没有改变忽视内在精神导向的现实。如何在后现代状态下,既不忽视成人教育的现实需求,又可重拾人文精神圭臬,使成人教育在社区或地区发展中起到导引社会风潮、促进精神与物质文明和谐发展的作用?质变学习理论因其与生俱来的精神向度和兼容性为我们思考这一问题提供了重要的参考和理论依据。
The shift of postmodern knowledge status, the fall of traditional humanistic spirit and the practical tendency of adult education all make the spiritual orientation in adult education inevitably suffer and even be suspended or discarded. The theory of adult education reform from “lifelong education” to “lifelong learning” has not changed the reality of neglecting inner spirit. How can we not only neglect the realistic needs of adult education but also restore the humanistic spirit in postmodern conditions so that adult education plays a guiding role in promoting social harmony and promoting the harmonious development of spiritual civilization and material civilization in the development of communities or regions? The qualitative change of learning theory because of its inherent spirituality and compatibility for our thinking on this issue provides an important reference and theoretical basis.
