本文分析了剪力键节点刚域对钢空腹梁的影响,采用有限元软件ANSYS进行钢空腹梁静力性能分析。通过改变梁高使空腹梁,得到剪力键在空腹梁工作时的位移变化规律。分别采用SHELL181和BEAM188两种单元,改变剪力键方钢管壁厚对空腹梁进行对比研究。得出上下肋与剪力键相交形成的节点刚域对空腹梁整体的挠度影响较大。在钢空腹梁简化时,应该考虑剪力键节点刚域的影响。
In this paper, the influence of the rigid-body interface of shear key on the steel webs is analyzed. The static analysis of the steel webs is carried out by the finite element software ANSYS. By changing the beam height to make the beam, the displacement of the beam when the beam is working is obtained. The SHELL181 and BEAM188 units were used respectively to compare the wall thickness of the shear-bonded square steel tube with that of the hollow beam. It is concluded that the joint stiffness formed by the intersection of the upper and lower ribs with the shear bond has a great effect on the overall deflection of the web. When the steel web girder is simplified, the influence of the rigid zone of the shear key node should be considered.
