采用去除侧枝人为调节营养分配的方法,探究影响油菜种子大小的机理。结果表明,通过营养分配调节,主花序种子千粒质量最多提高了1倍;对种子胚子叶细胞进行超微结构观察,发现种子细胞明显增大,细胞中油体的面积也相应增加。因此推测可以通过去除油菜侧枝的方法进行营养调节,增加种子大小;虽然油菜种子的含油量没有变化,但种子中油脂的绝对量随种子质量的增加而增加。
Adopting the method of removing the side branches to regulate the nutrition distribution, the mechanism of influencing the seed size of rapeseed was explored. The results showed that the quality of one-thousand-grain of the main inflorescence seeds increased by one time through the regulation of nutrient distribution. The ultrastructure of the leaf cells of the seed embryos was observed. The results showed that the seed cells increased obviously and the area of oil body in the cells increased accordingly. Therefore, it is speculated that the nutrient regulation can be achieved by removing the rapeseed branches and increasing the seed size. Although the oil content of the rapeseed seeds has not changed, the absolute amount of oil in the seeds increases with the increase of the seed mass.
